Notes and opinions: (Basic plot or contents, setting, main characters, point of view, how the book made me feel or what it made me think, great lines or quotes, etc.)

The is the 3rd book in the series. (*Note to self: Scour social media to find out how many more will be in the series.) I love that Evie hit her stride and really grew as a character. Every time any Lux characters are mentioned I TOTALLY geek out. Umm. Daemon as a dad is epic. And Blake? I still loathe Blake. Unless he has a serious redemption ark soon, Blake sucks.

Favorite quote:

“Yes. We took one in between Killing Our Enemies 101 and Being Sexy as Hell 401.”

(In response to “Did you and Zoe take Logic 101 classes?”)

I adore the snark. Like, hardcore. It’s one of my favorite things about Jennifer’s book. Snark Level: Expert.

Overall rating:

Rating: 4.5 out of 5.

Recommend this book? Of course! I pretty much recommend anything JLA!
